Hazel Carmona ...I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007.I felt a small lump on my right breast after a self breast exam, I really didn't think it was anything, My doctor told me to wait to see if it went away after my cycle... When it did not go away, I had a biopsy, When the doctor called me early after they got my results, I kind of thought something was wrong... I took my kids with me to the doctor since it was summer and there was no school, And before we drove out of the driveway, I told my kids that whatever the doctor was gonna tell me, That God already knew...... After we got home I tried to be strong but when I was alone, I cried like a baby....I got thru a masectomy, chemo and radiation...and a bald head ...... And I try not to let a day slip by without telling God Thank you so much for every day that you give to me, It is truly a gift from God..........I hope I can use it every day for his glory.
